The fees, remuneration and other costs payable by clients, and the principal risks associated with the financial instruments business services provided by PROSIS Real Estate Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. (the ‘Company’), are outlined below.
1. Remuneration for Investment Advisory and Agency Business
Prescribed remuneration is payable for our investment advisory services relating to real estate trust beneficiary interests and other relevant instruments, in accordance with the terms of the relevant agreement.
The amount, calculation method, payment timing and other terms of remuneration are explained in the individual investment advisory agreement, pre-contract disclosure documents and other relevant documents.
2. Fees and other costs for Type II Financial Instruments Business
Fees and other costs may be payable in connection with our purchase and sale, brokerage, handling of private placements and other activities relating to real estate trust beneficiary interests and other relevant instruments.
Whether fees apply, and their amounts or calculation methods, depend on the financial instrument, transaction and individual contractual terms. It may therefore be impracticable to state a uniform amount in advance.
Specific fees and other costs are explained in pre-contract disclosure documents and other relevant documents.
3. Principal risks
Real estate trust beneficiary interests and other financial instruments on which we advise or which we handle may incur losses, including a loss of investment principal, due to changes in the value or income of underlying real estate, property market or economic conditions, interest rates, rents or occupancy, the creditworthiness of tenants and other relevant parties, disasters and other unforeseen events, changes in laws or taxation, reduced liquidity, and other factors.
Real estate trust beneficiary interests and similar instruments may not be readily saleable in the market and may not be sold at the desired time or price. The nature and degree of risk vary depending on the financial instrument, underlying real estate and transaction terms.
4. Important considerations
Our investment advice does not guarantee investment performance or principal.
Before entering into any agreement or transaction, please read the pre-contract disclosure documents and other relevant documents carefully, understand the financial instrument, fees, remuneration, other costs and risks, and proceed on the basis of your own judgment and responsibility.
